Hey, I'm Geoff — I'll show you Cape Town the way I actually see it. I moved down here from KwaZulu-Natal a few years back and pretty much fell head over heels for this place — the mountains, the coastline, all the layered history packed into one small peninsula. I'm a nationally registered guide, and these days I split my time between hiking trips (Table Mountain's my regular stomping ground) and cultural tours around the city and further afield. Honestly, my favourite days are the ones where I get to do both — hike somewhere beautiful and tell you the story of how it got that way. Before this life I ran a wood-fired pizza joint for eight years (still happy to talk toppings), and before that I was in banking, which I promise is far less interesting than anything I'll show you on a trail. I'm qualified to guide across five provinces, trained as a Wilderness First Responder, and I never leave home without a camera — I've even had a shot published in Getaway magazine, so don't be surprised if I stop you for "just one more photo."
